One Touch KC puts key resources related to housing, utilities, safety, and food at your fingertips. This innovative, new program connects collaborating community organizations to make rapid referrals for quick and easy access to resources and services. It’s about helping vulnerable populations, and improving the management of their social determinants of health.

How It Works

Community organizations use One Touch KC to deliver short surveys to ask questions that match needs with referrals. One Touch KC connects health providers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations that “touch” homes to make rapid resource referrals to ensure that people get the health, housing, and social services they need

You can join the One Touch KC Resource referral system in three easy steps.

1. Read the One Touch KC Collaboration commitment agreement.
2. The designated signer for your organization should then either sign electronically or print and sign a copy of the document.
3. Email the signed document to Kevin Kennedy, One Touch KC Coordinator.
