This specialized docket is for Municipal Court defendants with driver license suspension due to non-payment of child support. Often traffic offenders are required as a condition of probation to regain their privilege to drive but a child-support related license suspension can be a serious roadblock. Reinstatement Court focuses on this dilemma while also addressing the child support obligations.

To participate you must have:
- A Child Support Suspension On Your Driver's License
- An Active Child Support Case
- An Active Court Case for Driving While Suspended Or Revoked
- No Alcohol, Substance Abuse,Permanent Or Long-TermSuspensions Pending
- Only Traffic Charges or Probations
Upon successful completion of the program
- The Driver’s License Suspension can be stayed within 30 days
- Probation closed within 6 months

- Parent Education Certificate of Completion
- Child Support case review and possible modification
- Job training and/or workforce placement
- Referral to other support services: anger management, healthcare, Veterans Support Services, housing, financial education, family support services
