Rules & Ordinances

The Kansas City Municipal Division of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri has exclusive original jurisdiction to “hear and determine” all violations of Kansas City, Missouri ordinances arising within the legal geographical limits of the city and upon all city property.

The Rules adopted by the Court en banc of this Municipal division will be as outlined herein and in Supreme Court Rule 37, Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Rule 69, and Chapter 479 RSMo.
