City Plan Commission (CPC)

Meeting Dates: First and third Tuesdays of every month.

Members: The CPC is comprised of 8 citizens appointed by the Mayor and commissioned to serve for 4 years.

Development Review Committee (DRC)

Meeting Location: 15th Floor of City Hall, Large Conference Room

Members: Staff of various city departments and external agencies.

Open To: Staff only. Applicants may attend after initial staff-only review.

Building and Fire Codes Board of Appeals

Meeting Dates: Fourth Tuesday at 9:30 AM of Each Month as Needed

Meeting Location: City Hall, 10th Floor Committee Room

Members: 12 members from various building construction disciplines.
