The 2020 Corvid 19 Recovery Request for Proposals and Application Guide, citizen comment and application forms are now available. Proposals for ESGP and HOPWA funds are due May 14, 2020 at 12:00 noon. Proposals for CDBG funds are due May 28th, 2020 at 12:00 noon to the Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department, 4400 Blue Parkway, 2^nd Floor, Kansas City, Missouri 64130.
