Procurement

The Procurement Services Division helps with construction projects and includes the acquisition of goods, services, and design. All construction projects issued by Parks, Water, General Services, EDC (Economic Development Corporation) and Aviation are posted in the PlanRoom.

Contractors can access our Online Contract Advertising System to submit bids and quotes. You can also visit our Future Opportunities page to see upcoming opportunities.

Bid Online

The DemandStar online portal connects businesses and government in one, easy-to-use marketplace. Subscribers get instant notifications of opportunities. Buy Surplus Property
